Pet of the Week: Thorton

Thornton is a quiet and gentle dog who is polite and easy going.

Thornton is a well-mannered seven-year-old Collie mix who is a recent arrival from an Eastern Washington sanctuary. A fire there left the animals in need of a warm place to stay, so volunteered to take him in and find his forever home! Thornton is quite a catch who is sure to attract lots of attention, and he’s excited to be this week’s featured dog!

Thornton is a quiet and gentle dog who is polite and easy going. His favorite activities are soaking up attention, sleeping, and going for leisurely walks. At 68 pounds, Thornton never throws his weight around and is good with other dogs and cats, and would like a home with kids who are over the age of six years old.
