Too many pumpkins or squash? Try this easy recipe from 21 Acres

Anyone get carried away and buy too many pumpkins or squash this weekend? Need a delicious recipe that's easy to make while the kids are carving their pumpkins? Try making this simple recipe from 21 Acres:

Slice pumpkin or squash into wedges and place on parchment-or aluminum foil-lined baking pan. Lightly coat each side with olive oil. Mix grated Parmesan, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/4 breadcrumbs, 2 tsps minced fresh rosemary, 1 clove minced garlic clove, season with salt and pepper -- sprinkle wedges with this mixture.  Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.  Serve with sour cream mixed with lemon zest.
