Super-excited-expialidocious

This week is going to be/has been really awesome for me. Just thought you all should know. :)

So I got home after school Wednesday and I found a letter from the University of Idaho addressed to me. I open it up to find that I have been selected as a priority applicant!! I know what you’re thinking. What’s so great about that? Who on earth cares? Well FYI, Mr./Ms. Meanie Annoying Person, I care, because it’s awesome.

Second, being a priority applicant means I don’t have to write an essay for my application (super amazingly fantastic bonus right there), I get a three-week admission decision, and I get priority scholarship consideration. And just so you know, my 13-year-old brother knows what a priority applicant is, so if you don’t, may I be the first to say (in a sarcastic voice), good job.

Anyway, besides insulting all my probably 8 readers, I’m here to say that this week is really exciting for me. First, because of the priority applicant thing (and yes, I will try to say priority applicant as many times as I can… priority applicant). Second, because Thursday at my school, is class colors day. You may be asking yourself, why is that so exciting? If you are, shut up so I can finish!

Anyway, I go to Woodinville High School, so the school colors are blue, white, and green. So on class colors day, each grade, 10th, 11th, and 12th, wears a different color. Sophomores wear blue, juniors wear green, and seniors wear white. But instead of decking out in white, us seniors wear, wait for it, togas. That’s right, togas.

The guys usually pin bed sheets around themselves while the girls just buy togas from Party City. This is my first class colors day as a senior so I’m quite excited to wear a toga to school Thursday. The third reason I’m excited this week is that homecoming is on Saturday! I have my dress, my shoes, my jewelry, my nail polish, and a plan for my hair. It’s gonna be epic.

Anyway, I’ve spent enough time prattling on about this exciting week and hopefully you all have something better to do than just read my blog. If not, well, as long as you don’t live with your mother… Oh you do? Well then… Here’s some good luck for you, because either you lost your job to the economy, in which case I say sorry, or you’re a computer nerd who never got a date in high school or college and spend your time hacking people’s email. If the latter’s the case, NOBODY LIKES YOU! Just thought you should know. :)
