Theatre: "Leaving Iowa"

Grab your travel guide and your crispy treats—Evergreen Family Theatre is headed out on a road trip!  EFT is pleased to present this nostalgic and humorous story of the classic family vacation. Meet Don Browning as he sets out to find the perfect place to scatter his father’s ashes.  Told in flashback, this hilarious and sentimental story calls up memories of the family road trip—packed with good humor and celebration of family. The ensemble cast includes beloved sportscaster, Tony Ventrella, Teresa Widner, Jenn Ollivier, Daniel Wolf, Jan Dunlap, and Dave Selvig. Leaving Iowa is perfect for ages 10 and up.

 

Opening March 1st for three weekends—Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and Saturday matinees at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $14/12 at brownpapertickets.com. I have spoken to Mr. Gaulke and assured him we are not cutting speeds in the Woodinville market (or…Read More any of our markets). We are working with him to approach his technical issues from scratch and will do all we can to alleviate his concerns about his speeds. His business, and all the business from our customers in the Woodinville market is very valuable to us. While we are disappointed to receive feedback his service is not living up to our standards, we are grateful for the opportunity to work with Mr. Gaulke and keep his valuable business. Mr. Gaulke’s experience and recount of his conversation with one of our reps comes as a surprise to us. We are checking our records to find out what the possible miscommunication could have been. In the meantime, let us be clear: We are not decreasing speeds in Woodinvile, or any of our markets for that matter.
