A WEATHER SPOTTER IN CLEARVIEW ESTIMATED THREE QUARTERS TO ONE
INCH OF RAIN THAT FELL IN 45 MINUTES...WITH PONDING OF WATER ON
LOCAL ROADWAYS. THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS ARE HEADING TO THE SOUTHEAST AND
WILL ARRIVE IN DUVALL WITHIN THE NEXT TWENTY TO THIRTY MINUTES.
