Since when is a backstop considered an outbuilding?
Lisa Baumann July 07, 2013 at 10:33 PM
Hi Berta, I was told it was an outbuilding. What is a backstop? Thanks!
Ken Mortland July 11, 2013 at 12:20 PM
Lisa: A backstop is the barrier behind home plate on a baseball field. Often made partly of wood and partly of chain link, it's function is to prevent foul balls and passed balls from hitting spectators and team members in the dugouts.
