  • Why Go: Award-winning singer-songwriter and local Seattle favorite David Roth will be performing at the Woodinville Unitarian Universalist Church. Never heard of him? Sample a few of his songs here to see if this show is for you.
  • Cost: Tickets are $15.

  • Where/When: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 14-15, at the .
  • Why Go: The Stray Threads Quilt Guild is holding its second quilt show titled  "Hollywood Encore" this weekend. The quilt show will showcase its members’ many quilting talents from large to small quilt sizes and styles as well as a small vendor mall and a boutique containing items made by Stray Threads members.
  • Cost: Admission is $7.

  • Where/When: 7 p.m. Sunday, April 15, at .
  • Why Go: Put all the useless knowledge you have to work at The Horseshoe Saloon. Play alone or as a group for free and win some prizes! Get there early and take advantage of the special pre-trivia happy hour from 5-7 p.m.

Edible Gardening Weekend at Molbak's

  • Where/When: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15, at in Woodinville.
  • Why Go: Stop by and gather bountiful ideas for things you can do now to ensure baskets full of homegrown delights in the months ahead. Check out our event listing for details on all the free seminars and workshops going on this weekend.
  • Cost: Free. 

 

  • Where/When: 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at
  • Why Go: If bargain hunting was on your agenda this weekend, you may want to check out SNOMOMS Spring Clothing & Equipment Sale. There will be TONS of great stuff for sale at almost unbeatable prices! Check out our event listing for all the details about the sale.
  • Cost: Admission is free.

  • Where/When: 8:30 a.m. Sunday, April 15, at .
  • Why Go: Come out and participate in Captain Jack's 8k Treasure Run & Walk. Each participant gets to take a trip to the Treasure Chest where they’ll be giving away more than $10,000 in prizes! That includes one-hour massages from Massage Envy and running shoes from Everyday Athlete!
  • Cost: Registration is $40.

  • Where/When: 7 a.m. Sunday, April 15, at in Redmond.
  • Why Go: No need to hire an accountant for this race! Sign up for either the 1040 EZ 5K Run/Walk or the Long Form 10K Run. Race will be a loop, 5K will go once around and 10K twice. The first place male and female finishers in each race will win $100 gift cards to FootZone!
  • Cost: $20 for the 5K and $30 for the 10K.
