Missy Needs a Home

This darling 10 year-old lost her home when her owners were evicted and she later went unclaimed at the local shelter. Undeterred, Missy knows that there is a loving family out there for her yet. Her personality can be described as charming and sweet. The 62-pound Missy would be a great choice for someone who is looking for a mellow and easygoing companion. She previously lived successfully with a cat and has been great with the other dogs she’s met. When she’s not curling up with her favorite person, Missy likes going for shorter leisurely walks. She has some arthritis which she takes supplements for, so kids who are old enough to know how to be gentle and respectful would be best for her. She would also appreciate a home with few or no stairs to negotiate.
