Pet of the Week: Tink

Tink is a friendly 4-year-old Chihuahua mix with a sweet personality.

Tink is a friendly 4-year-old Chihuahua mix with a sweet personality. She warms up quickly once she feels safe with someone. She enjoys walks and snuggling up into cozy places.

She was rescued in the nick of time from an overcrowded Central Washington shelter. Now she's among friends at Homeward Pet, but she still needs to find that special forever home that she's been dreaming of.

Little Tink weighs just under eight pounds and can be a bit shy at first, so she's best suited for kids over 8 years old who can be aware that she needs to treated gently and with care. She is good with both dogs and cats.  Tink will make a nice companion for someone who is looking for an adult small dog that isn't overly vocal or demanding.
