Viewfinder: Woodinville Rotary Community Park

Skate park, nature trail and artists displays, this park has something for everyone.

Just down the street from at 19518 136th Ave NE is the Rotary Community Park. Boasting not just the usual jungle gym and open grassy areas but also a rock climbing boulder, graffiti art wall and an expanse of cement perfect for anyone with a scooter, skate board or BMX bike. Dedicated to the citizens of Woodinville in 2003 the park has become a great space to experience the local community.

Walk the looping wetland and woodland trails and boardwalks on the property to access 456 feet of high quality salmon habitat with interpretive facilities and a viewing platform. The park has a children's play area perfect for even the youngest family member, a covered picnic area, restrooms, parking and trails that connect to adjacent neighborhoods and areas.

The Woodinville Rotary Club chose the park as their Centennial Project, and with local fundraising and community support were able to turn an undeveloped piece of land into a gathering place for community members of all ages.
