Woodinville Girl Heads to White House Thanks to Nummy No-Noodle Lasagna

A Woodinville girl is headed to the White House after winning the Washington prize in the national "Healthy Lunchtime Challenge" contest.

It could be said thatΒ 10-year-old Amber Kelly is cooking with gas these days.

The Woodinville girl is headed to the White House after winning the Washington prize in the national "Healthy Lunchtime Challenge" to promote healthy, affordable, original and delicious" meals, according to The Seattle Times.

On Tuesday, thanks to her "Nummy No-Noodle Lasagna," she'll eat at the White House and tour the garden with first lady Michelle Obama and other contest winners.

Click on the video attached to see her making her recipe, which uses zucchini instead of noodles. She's been doing a YouTube cooking series, "Kids Can Cook Too!" and has more than 40 videos online featuring everything from flank steak to green smoothies. Click here to find her videos.
