Woodinville's 10-Year-Old Chef Needs Your Thumbs Up

Woodinville's own 10-year-old chef Amber Kelley is asking Woodinville Patchers to watch her video and vote for her in a contest, Jamie Oliver's Search for a Food Tube Star (with sponsor Uncle Ben's.) Oliver is looking for the next cooking sensation to join him on his Food Tube channel.

Amber's Pitch:

Hi Woodinville Patch! I'm 10 years old, and I want all kids to know that being healthy is cool! You wrote an article before about me dining with the First Lady at the White House...thank you! I'm hoping you can help me. Right now I am the only U.S. and kid finalist for a Jamie Oliver contest! I need "LIKES" on my video entry to win. Will you vote for me and share?

Kelley is no stranger to cooking shows. She appears regularly on Q13 FOX and posts cooking videos to YouTube. In July, Kelley sat next to first lady Michelle Obama at the Kids State Dinner in Washington D.C.
