County Announces This Summer's Movies@Marymoor Lineup

King County's annual Movies@Marymoor outdoor film series continues this summer with a diverse line-up that includes a wide range of genres. For those in the family not old enough to enjoy the outdoor movies shown at (that venues line-up announcement coming later), the nearby Redmond park is a great family summer outing.

The seventh season of Wednesday night movies begins July 13 with "The Wizard of Oz." Future screenings include "Dodgeball," "Toy Story 3" and "True Grit."

Here is the complete schedule:

All movies are shown on a 40-foot inflatable movie screen at MacNair Field, located in the center of. Pre-movie seating for all events is $5 and general admission begins at 7 p.m. Trivia contests and games are held before the feature film begins at dusk. 

This is a bring-your-own-seating event; lawn chairs and blankets are recommended. Popcorn and other food are available for purchase, and outside food is permitted.
