Owner Jim Rubstello of Matthews Estate and Tenor Wines will be joined by Brand Manager, Eric Swikard to host an incredible evening of food and wine. Jim and Eric will be preparing house cured alaskan salmon, mascarpone, fried capers, spanish olive oil, micro greens paired with 2010 Matthews Sauvignon Blanc, crispy house cured pork belly, arugula, curry aoili paired with 2010 Tenor Sauvignon Blanc, house cured corned beef, cabbage, crispy potato pancake paired with 2008 Matthews Claret, rack of lamb, field greens, bacon mash paired with 2008 Tenor Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc and to complete this perfect pairing, Creamy syrah infused brownie, quenelle of homemade currant ice cream paired with our 2008 Tenor Syrah.This dinner is limited to 24 people and will be hosted at the Matthews Estate
