Molbak’s Annual Festival of Poinsettias

Over the past 30 years, Molbak’s has become a treasure holiday tradition for families all across the NW. The Annual Festival of Poinsettias, started by co-founder Laina Molbak in 1975,    runs now through December 24   th    and featured 25 breathtaking varieties of Molbak’s-grown poinsettias. Come pick your favorites!

Molbak’s famous 14-foot-high tall poinsettia tree is in its full glory and makes the perfect setting for families to snap their holiday card photo. This is a wonderful annual tradition for many families in the community. “One of the truly wonderful things about running a family business, like Molbak’s, is playing a special role in customer’s holiday traditions,” says owner Jens Molbak.” We are delighted that year after year families count on us to provide colorful and brilliant backdrops for their annual holiday card.” 

Beginning November 25, things get even more festive! Molbak’s famous Holiday Hospitality starts on November 25th and runs through December 23rd, daily from 11a.m. – 3p.m.  Customers are offered a complimentary slice of delicious Danish Kringle and a hot beverage.

Weekends, starting November 26th through December 18th Molbak’s will feature live holiday music from 1-3p.m.   And Santa will be available for photos from 11a.m.-3p.m. Be sure to bring your camera to snap a holiday photo.  A handful of other festive photo opportunities are found throughout the store.
