Four Woodinville Theater Students to Perform at State Showcase Event

A special pay-by-donation performance will take place Feb. 15 at the Woodinville High School Theatre.

Woodinville High School Theater Company Performance Class students took part in the Individual Events Conference in Olympia Feb. 9 where they were judged, and four students have advanced to the state level, according to a theatre company post on Facebook. Those four will perform their pieces at the State Showcase Event in Bellingham this spring. Those advancing and ranking in the top 10 percent were Trevor Erickson in monologues, Beth Eichner and Ben Griffin in duo scenes and Averey Allen who placed in the top 20 percent of monologues and solo music.Β 

To celebrate the Performance Class efforts, the group will put on a special evening performance by all students who participated in the IE Conference featuring monologues, duo scenes, solos, duets, and sword fights on Friday, Feb. 15 at 7:30 pm in the new Woodinville High School Theatre. The WHS Improv Team will also be performing!

The show will by "Pay by donation" (suggested $5).
