Sorry Folks, Roads Closed: Watch for Road Closures Saturday During Celebrate Woodinville

Drivers should plan ahead to take alternative routes through the downtown Woodinville area during the Celebrate Woodinville festival on Aug. 10.

Several roads in downtown Woodinville will be closed on Saturday, Aug. 10 for the first annual Celebrate Woodinville Festival. Drivers should plan ahead to take alternative routes through the downtown area during that day. Festival goers should plan to park at locations other than in the immediate vicinity of the civic center complex.

131st Avenue NE will be closed beginning at 6 a.m. just south of the Jack in the Box driveway and just north of the entrance to the Campbell Run apartments. Vehicles will not be able to enter the Wilmot Gateway parking lot or the Woodinville Sports Fields. 131st Avenue will be closed until 8 PM.

Beginning at 10 a.m., NE 175th Street will be closed from just east of 133rd Avenue NE to Garden Way for the Celebrate Woodinville parade. Garden Way will be closed from NE 175th Street to Mill Place. There will be limited through-traffic access on Mill Place. The parade ends at noon, after which parade route roads will open to through-traffic.

Parking for the festival will be available at the Woodinville United Methodist Church on 140th Avenue NE and NE 171st Street, and at Woodinville Alliance Church at 13940 NE 166th Street. Shuttles to the festival from both parking lots will be available. There will be very limited parking in the vicinity of the festival.
