Gobble Gobble: New Restaurant Nears Opening Date in Woodinville

Turkey-themed restaurant Gobble is set to open in Woodinville.

Feathers are flying as the newest restaurant in Woodinville readies to open its doors.

Adam Gold, former VP of research at Food Network and Woodinville resident, is opening Gobble, a restaurant billed as moderately priced with quick service. It will offer eat-in, catering and take-out serving exclusively turkey-based dishes for adults and kids, as well as non turkey-based accompanying side dishes.

Remodeling is well underway in the space at 13300 NE 175th Street #3 and Gold told Patch Thursday he's hoping for a Oct. 15 opening, if everything falls into place.

Although it's coming along nicely, he didn't want to give away too much about the restaurant's look before it opens.

"Showing too much is a little like Disneyland showing how the rides are done -- we want to blow people away with how beautiful the place is," he said.

Seattle Eater is reporting the space will seat 50 at farmhouse-style tables.

It's Gold's first time as an owner, but he's been involved in the restaurant business as a network executive (he had a hand in the Iron Chef America concept) and as a branding consultant for the past 20 years.
