Barking Frog Adding Woodinville's Early Bird Coffee Roasters to the Menu

The Barking Frog restaurant in Woodinville announced last Friday local Early Bird Coffee Roasters as its new exclusive coffee provider.

“We have been searching for the perfect partnership in the coffee world and found a high quality, local coffee roaster right here in our own backyard, Woodinville. We are thrilled to have Early Bird Coffee Roasters as a new partner in bringing the freshest and finest ingredients to the Barking Frog,” said Barking Frog Executive Chef Bobby Moore.

Barking Frog is committed to sustainability and sourcing local, according to Moore.

“Over the years, we have developed strong relationships with our local foragers, farmers and wineries. These relationships have served us well and are what make the Barking Frog so special,” he said.

 Moore said Early Bird Coffee Roasters source the finest, sustainably grown Arabica coffees from around the world, including organic, Fair Trade certified and farm-direct single-estate coffees. Early Bird’s roastmaster skillfully roasts and then blends these coffees in small batches, ensuring peak quality and freshness from bean to cup.
