Update 11:42 a.m. A note from Morning Star school now says the stand will NOT be a bikini barista coffee stand:
Dear Parents,
I have talked to the espresso stand owner and he has confirmed that he is NOT planning to turn the espresso stand under the White Stallion into a Bikini Barista. I would like to encourage you and others in the area to patronize his stand so that he can continue to be successful as a family friendly business. I would also like to thank everyone for their support of our school.

A "bikini barista" is coming to Woodinville, according to a letter sent to parents from Morning Star preschool Wednesday morning.
The note follows:
Dear Parents,
The espresso stand located in our complex has changed ownership is planning on becoming a "bikini barista." The landlord can't exclude this, but is as highly against it as we are. I will be letting the espresso owners know that this is unacceptable to us and am letting you know in the hopes that if enough people express their desire for them to remain family friendly, that the new owner will abstain from changing into this kind of business.

The school is located at 15620 NE Woodinville Duvall Place in Woodinville and the closest espresso stand seems to be From the Grounds Up. Patch will update this story as more information becomes available.
In January, a local coffee stand owner had their female employees wear "costumes" as an experiment, but it was a short-lived one and they stopped after only a short time. At that time the city of Woodinville did not have any ordinances against regarding scantily-clad baristas.
