The Herbfarm’s June’s Silver Spoon dinner menu is here now through Sunday, June 24. The bright and unfolding flavors of early summer dance to the plate with this menu. Featured is Local Salt Marsh lamb from Lopez Island Ranch.
“We get one lamb each day to be whole roasted over the blue whiffs from applewood embers,” said Herbfarm proprietor Ron Zimmerman. “Other delights include Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs raised on our farm only a mile from the restaurant.These are perhaps the only Old Spots being served in any restaurant in America.”
