“We get one lamb each day to be whole roasted over the blue whiffs from applewood embers,” said Herbfarm proprietor Ron Zimmerman. “Other delights include Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs raised on our farm only a mile from the restaurant.These are perhaps the only Old Spots being served in any restaurant in America.”
