Free Holiday Class: Hot Toddy Night at Fireside Cellars
A free demonstration of how to take hot apple cider and create alcoholic beverages is tonight at Willows Lodge.
On the heels of the successful , Matt Davis, wine director, will host another free class of holiday beverages on Wednesday, Dec. 21, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Fireside Cellars at Willows Lodge.
The free classes have been a hit this year and to get a good seat, you may want to get there when Happy Hour begins at 4 p.m. Davis said he would take the restaurant’s traditional hot apple cider recipe and show how it can be spiced up even more with a variety of spirits. There will be free samples and you can take recipe cards home with you.
