Gold's Gym Juice Bar Closed by King County Public Health
Gold's Gym Juice Bar in Woodinville was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Friday, July 19.
Gold's Gym Juice Bar, at located 18600 Woodinville-Snohomish Road in Woodinville was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. for the following food safety violations:
- Operating without plan review approval
- Operating without a permit
It will reopen once each of the inspectors confirm that all issues have been resolved, according to King County Public Health.
