Mom Will Line Up for Shoe Sale Saturday

Saturday marks the fourth annual See Kai Run warehouse sale at its Woodinville headquarters, and come rain or shine; there will be a line outside Suite 7 at 5809 238th Street SE.

If , people will line up outside the company hours before the sale begins at 9 a.m., although the company asks shoppers not to arrive before 8 a.m. on its Facebook page.

Once they are in line, early shoppers can expect to wait up to an hour to get inside the warehouse and about another hour to pay. Cash and credit cards are accepted, and due to space limitations, strollers are not allowed inside. There is no onsite childcare, but See Kai Run has teamed up with to offer a 50% off admission price. Drop off the kids with dad (someone still needs to supervise!) where they can play, snack during the sale.

See Kai Run was founded in 2004 when local mom Cause Haun wanted something fun but functional for her son’s first pair of shoes. When she came up empty handed, she decided to create her own. Now, See Kai Run and Smaller are sold nationwide, including at Nordstrom,  in Woodinville and  in Bellevue.
