The brewery is teaming up with sport broadcaster Dan Patrick.

is gearing up to stock the fridge for The Dan Patrick Show with a 14-month partnership beginning Nov. 1.

“We’re stoked to partner with Dan and The Danettes,” said Robert Rentsch, Redhook’s director of strategic marketing. “Dan’s show is all about having fun and pushing the envelope, which is exactly what Redhook is about. It’s a great match and we’re looking forward to rolling out some fun stuff. Stay tuned.”

The partnership with Dan and The Danettes includes retail programming, POS, special appearances, and Redhook beer merchandising on the show’s “DP Bar.” What’s more, Redhook will hit the road with Dan and his travelling RV as he heads to Indianapolis for Super Bowl XLVI in February 2012.

“Back in the mid-90s, I was up in Seattle for the NBA finals – Super Sonics against the Bulls. I had a Redhook ESB on tap with a Copper River Salmon. I never forgot that day, I thought the beer was spectacular,” recalls Patrick. “Now, here we are, heading to the Super Bowl together. We’re thrilled about this partnership.”

The partnership also includes a weekly Redhook sponsorship of “Against the Grain”, a weekly segment that examines the big daily stories from a fresh, unique, perspective and challenges conventional wisdom. This weekly segment is thought up and presented in The Dan Patrick Show by Andrew “McLovin” Perloff [One of the Danettes].
