The distillery doubled its production from 2011, from 18,692.61 to 36,020.24 proof gallons in 2012. Next was Dry Fly of Spokane, at 28,403.52 proof gallons, while Westland Distillery of Seattle earned third with an output of 17,991.28 proof gallons.

The craft distilling industry in Washington began cooking in 2008 when the state Legislature passed a bill lowering licensing fees and allowing production of 60,000 gallons a year.
