"Unless something really bad" happened Saturday, Gobble announced it will be open today, Sunday, Oct. 21, to test some of their menu items on the public.

The new turkey-themed restaurant will open at 11 a.m. with a limited menu in limited quantities until they run out, according to a post on their Facebook page.

They haven't said yet exactly when they will open with regular hours and a full menu. Gobble, at 13300 NE 175th St. #3, is the brainchild of Woodinville resident Adam Gold, former VP of research at Food Network. , It will offer eat-in, catering and take-out serving exclusively turkey-based dishes for adults and kids, as well as non turkey-based accompanying side dishes.

Seattle Eater is reporting the space will seat 50 at farmhouse-style tables.

It's Gold's first time as an owner, but he's been involved in the restaurant business as a network executive (he had a hand in the Iron Chef America concept) and as a branding consultant for the past 20 years.
