Woodinville Football Season Opener vs Mt. Si 

  • Where/When: 7 p.m. Fri, Sept 2 at Mt. Si High School 
  • Why Go: Are you ready for some football? Don't miss your first chance to cheer on the Falcons as they take on Mt. Si Wildcat on rebel turf. You can also check out our to get a feel for this year's team.
  • Pricing: $6 for adults; $4 for students with ASB card

Seahawks - Preseason Game 4

  • Where/When: 7:30 p.m. Fri, Sep 2 at .
  • Why Go: If you're looking to catch the final Seahawk preseason game this Friday, Ringer's is probably your safest bet. They have several HDTV's scattered throughout the bar so even if you don't get a great seat, you'll still have a decent view. So grab some friends and head out to Rooney's for some drinks, food and hopefully a great football game.
  • Cost: No cover.

  • Why Go: Feeling like you didn't get enough outdoor music this summer? 107.7 The End's "Summer Camp" concert this Friday is a budget-friendly alternative to the full-fledged concert festival with a lineup of 10 artists for just $20. Billed as a "music discovery" event, the day-long show features established acts like Portland's Portugal, The Man in addition to up-and-comers like Indie pop-rock band The Givers.
  • Cost: $20 (before fees). Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.

 

  • Where/When: 9 p.m. Sat, Sept 3 at .
  • Why Go: Avoid the crowds at Marymoor and check out the local music scene this weekend at The Horseshoe. Comedy of Terrors and The Demolition Kings will be playing all night long.   • Cost: No cover.

 

Evergreen State Fair

  • 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds on Highway 2 in Monroe
  • Why Go: There's only a few days left to check out this year's Evergreen State Fair, which offers a little something for everyone. The kids will love the farm animals and carnival rides while adults can take in live music, arts and crafts vendors, and racing action on the speedway.
  • Pricing: Base admission is $10 for adults and $7 for seniors and youth. Adults who are 90 or older and kids 5 and younger are free. Special discounted rates are available on Labor Day. Click here for more pricing details.
