Inspections to Reduce Bridge Traffic to One Lane Next Week in Bothell

Lanes will be closed on the 102nd Ave. NE bridge and on the Sammamish River Bridge next Tuesday.

Lanes will be closed on and under the 102nd Avenue NE bridge in Bothell from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28, and on the Sammamish River bridge from 1 to 3 p.m. 

The 102nd Avenue NE Bridge in Downtown Bothell is scheduled for inspection.  Traffic will be reduced to one lane with flaggers present to direct traffic in both directions. 

Additionally, SR-522 under the bridge will have lane reductions in both directions. Inspectors will then move to the Sammamish River Bridge on 96th Avenue NE in Bothell. Traffic will be reduced to one lane with flaggers present to direct traffic in both directions.

In the event that inspections are not completed within one day, lane reductions on the bridge may occur again on Wednesday, Aug. 29.
