Community Corner

Wontcha Be Our Blogger!

Hi neighbor, meet your neighbors who are already blogging on Patch.

It’s been less than a week since we launched the local blogs platform here on the site, and already you’ve voiced that you like new feature.

We are always looking to add more community bloggers. It’s your opportunity to voice concerns about the community, local government, traffic, the environment development or education. Any topic you believe is important to Woodinville is important to us. Not interested in serious political and civic matters? More interested in shopping, entertainment, books, food, animals, or sports? We want you voice as well.

Bloggers are different from columnists in that they aren't paid and they own the rights to their own content, even if it is published on Patch. Editors don't edit bloggers and bloggers don't take assignments from editors (but we will look out for typos, something we know you look for as well—and thanks to all who have helped me correct those errors).

You probably already know the first Woodinville Patch bloggers. They're your neighbors and friends.

One is an education advocate, one is landscaper. Another is a high school sophomore who loves sports.
