Woodinville's Twelve Bars Brews Gets Larger Fermenter to Expand Capacity

Fans of the Woodinville craft brewery will likely soon be singing the praises of a few new ales, thanks to a larger 30-barrel fermenter that recently arrived.

Fans of the musical ales of Woodinville’s Twelve Bar Brews will no doubt soon be singing sudsy praises of some new beers, thanks to the arrival of a new and larger fermenter,  the Washington Beer Blog reports.

The new 30-barrel fermenter will allow the popular brewery to increase production by 40 percent.

“I’m leaning toward doing some different imperials,” owner Kirk Hilse, a Woodinville High grad, told the blog. “But I may change my mind on that so don’t quote me.”

The brewery’s ales are available at some 80 Seattle area bars and restaurants, including the Horseshoe Tavern and Rooney’s here in Woodinville, and Preservation Kitchen in Bothell.
