2012 FORBIDDEN WHITE

Comprised of 6 different grapes sourced from premium vineyards
throughout the state, Forbidden White features  aromas of green apple
and lemongrass followed by a crisp mouth-feel, with a pear and an orange-citrus
quality.



53% Chardonnay | 20% Sauvignon Blanc | 13% Semillon | 7%
Riesling | 5% Roussanne | 2% Siegerrebe, Willard Farms, Yakima Valley



2013 FORBIDDEN ROSE 



This rose is a forbidden fruit explosion of brilliant
strawberry, citrus, and guava flavors with mineral, floral and candied
apple aromas. A round, almost viscous mouth feel balance the
mouthwatering acidity with a touch of residual goodness.  83% Syrah |
17%  Merlot, Columbia Valley



2011 FORBIDDEN RED 



A blend of four Rhone Varietals, 2011 Forbidden Red has aromas
of raspberry, cherry, black pepper and eucalyptus. 2011 was one of the
coolest growing seasons in over ten years contributing to a wine that
exhibits bright acid and red fruit notes.  The Forbidden fruit was sourced
exclusively from Elephant Mountain Vineyard, Rattlesnake Hills.
