Crown Bees Open House and Harvest Party

Crown Bees is a local, Woodinville based small business
dedicated to the raising of and education about mason bees (aka “super
pollinators”) as an alternative to the struggling honey bee.  Spreading awareness of this gentle, non-stinging
pollinator is growing both Crown Bees and the number of gardeners nationwide
that are raising these bees.  Crown Bees
is hosting an open house and harvest party event on Saturday, November 16,
2013, (10:00am – 3:00pm) at which time gardeners who are raising mason bees can
bring their nesting materials and self-harvest on site.  This is a great opportunity for interested individuals
to come and learn from the experts about the benefits and ease of raising
gentle mason bees.
