(ALMOST) Raw Food Vegan/Gluten-Free Celebration Dinner for Two
Join raw food expert, author and cooking instructor Madeline Eyer and create a special occasion dinner for two. Choosing to eat vegan is one way to support a sustainable lifestyle and Madeline’s menu is gluten free, colorful and tastes fantastic. Start with and some spiced nuts and a fresh vegetable juice served as a cocktail. Then sit down to a wilted kale salad and some cooked quinoa topped with seasonal shredded veggies and a fresh garlic cilantro sauce. Dessert is raw cacao coconut macaroons. Learn some of the techniques that makes this style of eating the ultimate healthy lifestyle.
Ms. Eyer is a master of raw food preparation and healthy lifestyle choices, a Certified Raw Food Coach and a member of the International Association of Raw Food Coaches and Teachers (IARFCT). She helps support health and energy levels of people who are often sick, exhausted, overweight or suffer from poor quality or inadequate sleep.
