This nine pound cutie is Joel! He is a tan Chihuahua with an adorable face and an equally excellent personality.
Joel was transferred in from another local rescue and is hoping to find his new family here at Homeward Pet. He is about three and a half years in age and enjoys going for walks, sitting on laps, and play time! This quiet and charming little boy loves quality one on one time with his people above everything else. He can be jealous of other dogs getting attention from humans, and so either needs to be the only dog in the household or be in a home that has experience managing multiple dogs. When laps and toys aren’t involved Joel enjoys the company of other canines.
