Woodinville Wine Country’s “Saint Nick’s Winter in Woodinville” Brings Community Together

Tickets are selling quickly to Woodinville Wine Country's popular holiday weekend that has been expanded this year to offer something for everyone, from families to wine enthusiasts.

Local businesses have come together to support “Saint Nick’s Winter in Woodinville” Nov. 30 – Dec. 2, a popular annual open house weekend at participating wineries that has been expanded this year to include a family tree lighting and a special Friday night tasting of limited release wines, Woodinville Wine Country organizers announced today.   

“The holidays are a great time to bring the community together,” says Woodinville
Wine Country president Mike Stevens, “and with the support of our sponsors,
this year’s expanded Saint Nick’s event allows is to offer something for
everyone – families, wine aficionados and savvy shoppers looking for unique gift
giving ideas or wines to serve at private parties or business functions.”

Sponsors of this year’s holiday weekend include Seattle magazine, Click 98.9 radio, Shuttle Express, Willow's Lodge, Woodinville Chamber, The Woodinville Weekly, BevMO!, Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Winery and Molbak's.   The celebration includes the following events:

Friday, Nov. 30

5:30 – 6:30 pm Holiday Tree Lighting at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery Free,
14111 NE 145th Street, Woodinville

7 – 9:30 pm Saint Nick’s at Night Wine Tasting,Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery with 40 wineries; $50 per person, 21 & over

Saturday, Dec. 1 – Sunday, Dec. 2

11 am – 4 pm Saint Nick’s Winery Open House Weekend 45 participating
wineries  $65 two-day pass; $50 Sunday only, 21 & over only

Nov. 30 – Dec. 16  Fill the Barrels Food Drive to benefit Northshore YMCA
