Woodinville Lacrosse Big Rivalry WIn

I am happy to report another BIG win for our Varsity Falcons (20-11). With our team almost completely restored from injuries and illnesses we came out on Saturday and went to town against the Northshore Lacrosse Club, in their house.  Thank you to the fans who were able to make it. Once again, I could hear you all the way across the field! LOVE THAT!

We used to belong to the Northshore Lacrosse club three years ago when we collectively won the D2 state championships which bumped Northshore into D1. The next year Woodinville branched off and started their own lacrosse club. As a new club we started in D2. Only took us two years to win the D2 championship (last year) that pushed us into D1, which allowed for this particular rivalry.

Personally having been a part of Northshore for two years prior to the split, it was great to see the Northshore players and coaches again. While both teams wanted to win...badly, the spirit on the field and sidelines was awesome.  

Both great teams with great spirit.
