The National Weather Service in Seattle has issued a Red Flag Warning for most of western Washington, including Woodinville, from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will create explosive fire growth potential.
In Woodinville, the forecast Thursday is for sunny skies and a high of 80 degrees. No rain is currently in the forecast through the weekend.
