Northshore School District Students Earn Awards at North Puget Sound Regional History Day Competition

Northshore students participated in the North Puget Sound Regional History Day competition on March 20 and will advance to the state competition to be held May 4 at Bellevue College. Students competed at either the junior (grades 6–8) or senior (grades 9–12) level in the following categories: exhibits, papers, multi-media documentaries, original performances and Web sites. This year's theme was "Turning Points in History: People, Ideas, Events."
