Bank Robbery – Woodinville Crime Report

Listed are some of the crimes reported in Woodinville from Sept. 30 - Oct. 7.

1.      PROWLER, VEHICLE -17200 WOODINVILLE-REDMOND RD NE.

Unknown suspect(s) were unsuccessful in entering a company vehicle after jamming a tool into the door locks. 

2.      LARCENY – 17100 131 AV NE.

The victim reported the driver's side rear tire, wheel, and lug nuts were stolen from her vehicle and it was left propped up on a piece of wood. 

3.      TRESPASS –12800 NE 175 ST.

One male suspect was trespassed from the business property at the owner’s request.  The suspect returned after several warnings to stay away and was eventually arrested after confronting the officer.  He was booked into jail for trespass and resisting arrest.

4.      PROWLER, VEHICLE -13900 NE 178TH PL.

The victim reported her passenger car window was broken and someone had rummaged through the console. 

5.      DUI – Various Locations.

Officers investigated two separate subjects for driving under the influence during the week.  Both subjects were placed under arrest, processed for DUI and released pending charges.

6.      LARCENY - 19500 144 AV NE.

Unknown suspect(s) have been stealing fuel from company vehicles on a weekly basis by breaking open the locking gas caps.

7.      BANK ROBBERY -17500 132 AV NE.

An unknown male suspect wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt over his head and a mask covering his face entered the bank and demanded money, implying he had a weapon. The suspect was last seen running behind the bank.  FBI responded to the scene and the case will be forwarded to Major Crimes for follow up.    

8.      LARCENY, S/L -250 -13900 NE 178 PL.

Store security reported a shoplift after reviewing security video at the business and seeing an unknown suspect place items in a cart and conceal them under his clothes. The suspect left the store without paying for the items.   

9.      ACCIDENT, D.U.I. –18000 BLK 132 AV NE.

Officers investigated a two car accident where one driver had left the roadway striking city property before colliding with another vehicle.  The driver was found to be under the influence and taken into custody by WSP. 

10.  MAIL THEFT -14800 NE 195 ST.

Officers returned mail to two different residences that had been found on the side of the road after being taken out of their mailboxes. 

11.  STOLEN LICENSE PLATES -17900 142 AV.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole the rear CA license plate off his vehicle.

12.   VANDALISM - 14200 NE WOODINVILLE-DUVALL RD.

Unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim’s vehicle while he was shopping by tampering with the driver’s side lock.  No loss was reported.

13.  HIT & RUN, UNOCCUPIED - NE 175 / 133 NE.

Witnesses advised officers they observed a vehicle leave the roadway and strike a speed limit sign and drive away.  Officers located the sign on the ground along with the suspect vehicle front license plate.  The officer will follow up.
