Update: Bothell Police Investigating Suspicious Death as Homicide

Bothell police found a woman dead in a residence Tuesday. They are now investigating the death as a homicide.

Bothell police found a woman dead in a home on the 200 block of 240th St. SW Tuesday morning and are calling the death suspicious, according to a news release from the Bothell Police Department.

At approximately 10:30 a.m., Bothell Police responded to the home, which is in the Snohomish County portion of the City of Bothell, to conduct a welfare check of a resident who had not shown up to her workplace as expected.

Upon arrival, officers found one deceased person inside the residence. Detectives responded to the scene and are investigating it as a suspicious death.
