Cyclist Injured in Car Crash, Prescription Forgery – Woodinville Crime Report

Here is a list of some of the reported crimes in the City of Woodinville from April 1 - April 8.

1.  Residential Burglary- 12300 blk of N. Woodinville Dr.

The victim reported her unsecured residence was entered and her Apple I-pad was stolen from the kitchen counter. 

2. Vandalism – 20200 blk of 144th Ave NE

An unknown suspect(s) spray painted the side of the company truck with pink and black paint. 

3. Identity Theft - 17700 140th AVE NE.

The victim found her social security number had been used by an unknown suspect for an auto loan when she went into her bank to obtain a loan for herself.  

4. Stolen License Plates - 14100 blk of NE 189 ST.

Unknown suspect(s) stole the rear license plate off a business vehicle.

5.  Larceny- 14600 blk of 148 Ave NE.

The victim’s car window was smashed and her backpack was stolen from inside. 

6. Fraud - 16500 blk of 126 AV NE.

The victim reported her bank advised her of suspicious charges on her account.  Unknown suspect(s) made numerous charges online within a 1-hour time period even though the victim was in possession of her bank card.

7. Forged Prescriptions- 17600 blk of Garden Way NE.

Officers responded to a prescription forgery in progress and arrested a male suspect attempting to fill a forged prescription for a pain medication.  Case followed up by the Woodinville Detective with a Felony charge for Forgery.

8. Vandalism- 13100 blk of NE 177th Pl

An unknown suspect broke the outer pane of the window of the school.  No entry was made into the building.

9.     Injury Accident- NE 175th / 131st Ave NE

Police responded to an accident between a car and bicyclist at the intersection.  The bicyclist was transported to the hospital with a head injury. King County Major Accident Detectives are following up with the investigation.

10.  Residential Burglary- 15200 blk of NE 201st St.

An unknown suspect broke the glass on the back door of the victim’s residence and stole a laptop, prescription drugs and foreign coins/cash.

11.  DUI- NE 190th / NE Woodinville Way

A Woodinville Officer made a traffic stop on a male driver for running a stop sign and later suspected he was under the influence of marijuana.  The driver was taken to the hospital for a blood draw.  DUI charges are pending lab results.

12.  Driving While License Suspended- Multiple Locations

Three drivers were stopped this week and found to have suspended licenses.  Two of the women drivers also had warrants and were booked into jail. The third male driver and his passenger were clear of warrants however they are known criminals in the city.
