Fire District Meeting Tuesday

Because many people had Monday as a holiday for the New Year, the Woodinville Fire & Rescue Board of Commissioners meeting was moved to Tuesday, Jan. 3.

 

Tuesday's fire district meeting will marke the first for newly elected commissioner Mark Emery who won the November election unseating long-time member Clint Olson.

It will also be the first meeting for the district after it was announced the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) found no grounds for charges of  and current Deputy Fire Chief Mario S. Acosta, according to a report read during a special meeting of the Woodinville Fire & Rescue Board of Commissioners Friday night, Dec. 30.

The meeting is at 5 p.m. at fire district headquarters adjacent to Station #31.
