Highway Robbery, Suspected Gang Graffiti – Woodinville Crime Report

Here is a list of some of the reported crimes in the City of Woodinville from July 1-July 8, 2013.

1.      HIGHWAY ROBBERY- 14500 blk of NE 178th St.

Two unknown suspects confronted the victim, raised their fists and demanded his skateboard.  The fearful victim gave up the skateboard and the suspects fled in a black car.  The victim later reported the incident but had very few details or descriptions.

2.      LARCENY– 14600 blk of NE 178th St.

The victim reported his GPS stolen from his truck with the window rolled down.

3.      VANDALISM - 14500 blk of NE 178th St.

The victim reported both of her vehicles “keyed” while parked at her residence.

4.      HIT & RUN, OCCUPIED, NON-INJURY- NE 175th / 131st Ave NE.

Officers responded to a hit and run where the suspect vehicle left the scene after backing into the victim’s vehicle. Video captured the accident and the suspect was cited and released for hit and run. 

5.      RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY-14700 blk of NE 177th St.

Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s residence through an unsecured window and stole a laptop computer, jewelry, and a fire safe that contained government documents, medical records and savings bonds.  

6.      VANDALISM – 13600 blk of NE 175th St.

The victim reported a broken lower level window at the business.

7.      HIT & RUN, UNOCCUPIED – 17800 blk of 134th Ave NE.

A suspect driving a silver Lexus backed into the victim’s vehicle and left the area.  A witness provided the license plate to officers.  Further investigation is necessary to identify the driver.

8.      LARCENY– 17400 blk of 139th Ave NE.

While getting his glasses repaired, the victim’s wallet was stolen from the counter at the store.  Three males who were in the store at the same time are suspected of the theft.  The wallet was found outside however his credit card and driver’s license were missing. 

9.      VANDALISM - 19200 blk of 130th Pl NE.

Unknown suspect(s) spray painted “SSB13” in blue paint on a fence.  It is suspected gang graffiti.

10.  LARCENY – 13800 blk of NE 175th St.

A store employee reported the theft of two pair of sunglasses.  Store surveillance captured an unknown female taking the sunglasses.

11.  LARCENY – 14100 blk of NE 181st Pl.

Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s UPS delivery from her front porch.

12.   LARCENY– 14600 blk of 127th Ave NE.

The victim reported his handgun stolen from his vehicle but was unsure exactly when and where the theft occurred.  

13.  AUTO THEFT – 13800 blk of NE 175th St.

The victim reported his vehicle stolen from the business parking lot. During the investigation Officers recovered a stolen vehicle from another city on the same parking lot.  Witnesses saw two suspects get out of the recovered stolen vehicle and drive away in the victim’s truck.

14.  ACCIDENT, D.U.I.  – 14600 blk of NE WOODINVILLE-REDMOND RD.

Officers responded to a two car accident where one driver showed signs of intoxication.  The driver was processed for DUI, cited and released.

15.  DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED – Various Locations

Officers made two arrests for Driving while license suspended/ revoked during the week at different locations.  Both suspects were cited and released after their vehicles were impounded.
