Home Burglaries, Stolen Guns – Woodinville Crime Report

Here is a list of some of the reported crimes in the City of Woodinville from Dec. 31- Jan. 7.

1.  Larceny- 14000 block of Woodinville-Duvall Rd.

Officers responded to the theft of alcohol involving three suspects who had absconded prior to police arrival. A video tape of the incident confirmed the theft. 

2.  Embezzlement-19700 block of 144 AV NE.

 Victim reported an employee from his business used the company gas card to make personal charges for food and gas.  

3.  Controlled Substance Violation- 15600 block of NE Woodinville Duvall Pl.

Officers responded to a noise complaint and found juveniles had been smoking marijuana. The substance was seized and placed into evidence for disposal.

4. Fraud – 18000 block of 157 AV NE.

The victim reported unauthorized activity on her bank account.  Fraudulent charges using her bank routing number had been made by unknown suspect(s) at several different locations. 

5.  Found Property- 15000 block of NE 173 ST.

Officers responded to a call where the reporting person found mail on his front yard from three different neighbors. The items were recovered and returned to the postal service. 

6.  Residential Burglary– 16500 block of 126 AV NE.

The victim reported unknown suspect(s) entered his residence and stole an iPad with case, two handguns and work equipment. 

7.  Residential Burglary – 15100 block of NE 204.

The victims’ son reported hearing noises on the second floor of their residence when he came home and called 911.  Upon investigation it was discovered that the upstairs had been ransacked and jewelry, X box games, and a guitar had been taken from inside. The guitar was found abandoned in the backyard. 

8. Residential Burglary– 16200 block of NE 203 PL.

Unknown suspects entered the victim’s residence by shattering the glass of the rear French doors. Once inside suspect(s) ransacked the entire residence and removed jewelry, a digital camera, a kindle, iPod, and sunglasses.  

9.  Larceny Shoplift– 17600 block of Garden Way NE.

Officers responded to a shoplifting call where two suspects had attempted to take alcohol from the store without paying.  One suspect was detained while the second suspect fled the location.  Officers located the second suspect and returned him to the store.  Both were cited and released pending theft charges.
