Man Videotapes People in Dressing Room – Woodinville Crime Report

1. LARCENY - 17500 blk of WOODINVILLE-SNOHOMISH RD.

The victim reported her car window smashed out and her briefcase stolen while she stopped briefly at a daycare. The victim’s stolen credit cards were used immediately at a nearby store.  Video surveillance has provided possible suspect information which is linked to similar crimes in neighboring cities.

Unknown suspect(s) stole both plates from the victim’s vehicle while parked in her apt. complex. 

Two victims reported their bicycles stolen during the week.

Officers responded to a voyeurism call where victims reported they had been videotaped by a male suspect who was in the dressing room next to them. Officers responded, arrested the suspect and booked him into the King County Jail for investigation of Voyeurism. The King County Sheriff’s Office Special Assault Unit is following up with felony charges.

Unknown suspect(s) scratched the driver’s door and slashed two tires on the victim’s vehicle.

Officers arrested two subjects during the week for driving with a suspended/revoked license.  Both subjects were issued citations and released from the scene.

The victim reported cash stolen from her purse which was kept in the back office while at work.

8.  COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 13600 blk of NE 175th St.

Unknown suspect(s) smashed out the window of the business, cut a hole in the safe, and stole the cash inside.

9.  ATTEMPTED COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 14100 blk of NE WOODINVILLE DUVALL RD.

A Woodinville Officer on patrol noticed a broken window of a business that had been the victim of a prior burglary. No entry had been made.

10.  DUI- 15100 blk of NE WOODINVILLE-DUVALL RD.

Police stopped a driver for suspicion of DUI.  He was arrested, processed and released pending charges. 

11.  COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 12600 blk of NE N. WOODINVILLE DR.

An officer noticed a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road with two suspects attempting to hide. One suspect was detained as the other fled the scene.  The investigation revealed the truck/trailer with construction equipment on board had been stolen from a local business nearby.  Additional property on the truck was found to be stolen from two additional businesses.  A K-9 track located the second suspect hiding in the blackberry bushes.  Both suspects were booked into the King County Jail for multiple felonies.  The Woodinville Detective is following up.

12.  AUTO THEFT – 14000 blk of NE 181st PL.

Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s locked vehicle from the apt. parking lot.
