Turf War? Panhandler Shot With BB Gun – Woodinville Crime Report

1.      POSS. STOLEN PROPERTY- 16000 blk of NE WOODINVILLE DUVALL RD.

Officers stopped a vehicle on traffic and arrested the driver for a suspended driver’s license and outstanding warrants.  After a search of the driver’s car with consent, officers found several bags containing stolen mail identification and drug paraphernalia. 

2.      FORGERY CREDIT CARDS – 12900 blk of NE 146th PL.

Unknown suspect(s) opened two credit cards in the victim’s name without her consent or knowledge at two separate banks. 

3.      LARCENY -17400 blk of 131st AVE NE.

The victim reported his backpack stolen from his unlocked vehicle while parked at the soccer fields.

4.      SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES -12500 blk of NE 162nd ST.

The victim reported the back window broken out on his vehicle with no loss reported from inside. 

5.      THEFT, OTHER VEHICLE – 12800 blk of NE 178th ST.

Unknown suspect(s) stole a dump trailer that had been parked on the street, in front of the business. 

6.      ACCIDENT, INJURY -13300 blk of NE 175th ST

Officers responded to an accident where the driver of a 3-wheeled motorcycle struck a parked SUV in a parking lot.  The driver sustained injuries from the collision and was transported to Evergreen hospital. 

7.      TRESPASS  -17600 blk of GARDEN WY NE

The business reported a male suspect hanging around for the last two weeks and locking himself in the restroom for extended periods of time most likely using drugs.  The suspect admitted to being a drug user and was trespassed from the business.

8.      CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOR DISPOSAL - 13700 blk of NE 202nd ST

Officers made contact with three subjects after observing two of them trying to conceal something under their shirts.  The subjects advised officers they were hiding sledge hammers they intended to use to break into an abandoned train caboose.  The subjects were found to be in possession marijuana/paraphernalia that officers seized for disposal.    

9.      TRESPASS – 19000 blk of WOODINVILLE-SNOHOMISH RD.

Officers located two individuals living out of their vehicle which was parked on the business property.  They were asked to leave the area.

10.  SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES -17900 GARDEN WY NE.

A local panhandler reported two other panhandlers shot him with a bb gun after an altercation over the corner turf used to beg for money.  Officers could not find any injuries or evidence to suggest he was assaulted and could not locate any suspects.
