Woman Passed Out in Bushes with Blank Checks — Woodinville Crime Report

Here is a list of some of the reported crimes in the City of Woodinville from May 27-June 3, 2013.


1.  Residential Burglary- 16400 blk of NE 197th Pl.
The victim reported possible known suspect broke the garage window and entered their residence to shower and eat food.  

2.  Residential Burglary- 14900 blk of 130th Ave NE.
An unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s residence and stole cash, laptops and electronics.  There was no forced entry to the home. 

3. DUI – 13800 blk of NE 171st
A Woodinville Officer stopped a vehicle being driven with two tires completely flat. The driver was processed for DUI and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Larceny, - 19900 blk of 144th Ave NE.
The victim reported his vehicle’s front tires, brakes and rotors stolen while the car was parked behind his business.  Officers had identified a suspicious person in the area that had tires and rims in the backseat of his car prior to this report and have now identified that property as belonging to the victim.  The suspect remains at large pending possession of stolen property charges. 

5. Vandalism - 13200 blk of NE 183rd St.
The victim reported her car tires had been slashed twice over a two week period while it was parked in a visitor space at her condominium. One other car also had its tires slashed in the same parking lot. 

6. Vandalism - 15700 blk of 124th Ave NE.
Unknown suspect(s) tagged a King County Metro sign with a black marker that read "CRL", "SUR 13", and "WOOFY". 

7. Driving While License Suspended- Various locations
Deputies stopped three different drivers during the week for driving with a suspended license.  Two were cited and released and one was booked into jail. 

8. DUI- NE 175 ST / 140 AV NE.
Deputies stopped a vehicle for running a red light.  Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of intoxication.  The driver was placed under arrest for DUI and later released after his vehicle was impounded. 

9. 
Property Confiscated- 13900 blk of NE 178th St.
A known female criminal was found under the influence of narcotics, passed out in the bushes near the ATM machine.  She had a large number of blank checks in the names of different people in her purse.  The officer attempted to contact the owners of the checks with negative results.  The female suspect was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for her outstanding warrant.  The Officer is following up this investigation for possible stolen property/forgery charges.

Vandalism- 14100 blk of NE 183rd St.
The victim reported his car “keyed” while it was parked in his newly appointed parking stall at the condo complex.
