Woodinville Crime Report: DUI Crash, Attempted Residential Burglary, Vandalism

Here is a list of reported crimes in the City of Woodinville from September 17 to 24.

1. Attempted Residential Burglary, 16400 block of NE 197th Place  

A possible known suspect attempted to break into the victim’s residence by prying the side garage door. No entry was made and nothing stolen.

2. Larceny, 17700 block of 134th Ave NE

The victim reported finding the locking gas caps on her vehicle broken and gas siphoned from the tank.

3. Fraud, 18600 block of Woodinville Snohomish Rd.

The victim reported his wallet stolen from his gym bag inside an unlocked locker while working out. His debit card was used at several locations.

4. Stolen Vehicle Recovery, 17800 block of 134th Ave NE.

The stolen vehicle was recovered as an abandoned vehicle in an apartment parking lot in the city of Kirkland and found to be stolen after impound.

5. Vandalism, 14500 block of Woodinville Way NE.

Unknown suspect(s) cut a small hole in the perimeter fence of the storage lot.

6. Larceny, 14100 block of NE 183rd St.

The victim reported her laptop computer stolen from her vehicle while parked in the apt. parking lot. No signs of forced entry but she believes it was locked. 

7. Larceny, 19700 block of 144th Ave NE.

Unknown suspects pried the locks and handles from the two box vans, stealing tools, removing engine parts and siphoning gas.

8. Larceny, 18600 block of Woodinville Snohomish Rd.

The victim reported his wallet stolen from a locker while he was working out at the gym.

9. Larceny, 18000 block of Garden Way NE

Store employees noticed a Smartphone missing from its security device inside the store during business hours.  Video shows two unknown males may be responsible.

10. Vandalism, 19900 block of 166th Ave NE

An unknown suspect cut branches and pine cones from the victim’s 4 ½ foot Korean silver fir tree near the front door of her residence. 

11.  Larceny, 13300 block of NE 175th St.

The victim reported his cell phone and sunglasses stolen from his unlocked vehicle during a very short time frame.

12.  Accident, DUI- NE 173rd Place / 127th Place NE

Police were dispatched to a one car collision into a utility pole. The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital but processed for pending DUI charges.
