Woodinville Crime Report: Truck Rear-Ends Sedan in Suspected DUI Crash

A list of some of the reported crimes in the City of Woodinville from Oct. 1-8.

1.  Vandalism - 14000 block of NE 183rd St. 

The victim reported the back window of his car completely broken out by an unknown object.

2.  Larceny - 14200 block of NE 190th St.

Unknown suspect(s) jacked up a rental vehicle on the property and stole all 4 wheels.

3.  Commercial Burglary Attempt - 15300 block of Woodinville-Redmond Rd. NE

The owner of the building reported a series of incidents related to the property over the past month after finding somebody had tried to pry open the door of the business once again. 

4.  Larceny, 18700 block of 144th Ave NE

Unknown suspect(s) siphoned gas from the victim’s vehicle.

5.  DUI, 16200 block of Woodinville-Duvall Rd.

Police responded to a two-car crash and found a large truck had rear-ended a small sedan. The driver of the truck was processed for DUI and released pending charges.

6.  Vandalism, 17600 block of Garden Way NE.

The victim reported a long “key” scratch down the entire side of his truck while parked in the grocery store parking lot.

7.  Larceny, 17300 block of 135th Ave NE.

The victim reported his car window broken and a backpack containing his wallet and work computer had been stolen from inside. 

8.   Vandalism, 14300 block of NE 185th St.

Unknown suspect(s) spray painted the letters “YGS” on the driver’s window of the victim’s vehicle. 

9.  Larceny - 18700 block of 144th Ave NE

The victim reported somebody had siphoned gasoline from his car overnight.  

10.  Controlled Substance Disposal - 17300 block of 133rd Ave NE

Citizens in Woodinville turned in 29 lbs of unwanted prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications to the Secure Medicine Return program at City Hall.
